What types of Tenant Referencing are available?

We offer four different reference products as follows:

Bronze: £9 plus VAT

The checks will include many of the following as appropriate:

Residential Status be it home owner, private or council tenant
Number of bank accounts held
Number of different lenders
Number of accounts closed
Electoral Roll Check
Length of residence at current property
Court and insolvency Information
Number of searches within last six months
Linked Addresses
Alias details
Notice of Correction or Discharge
Number of Utilities Accounts
Linked Names on electoral roll
County Court Judgements

SILVER: £20 plus VAT

In addition to the undertakings of the Bronze Service we will provide:

Written Landlords/Managing Agents reference
Written Employers Reference
Complete Financial Profiling
Landlord Registry Checks (where appropriate)

GOLD: £40 plus VAT

In addition to the undertakings of the Bronze and Silver Service we will provide:

Twelve Months Legal Expenses Insurance which will cover, up to £50,000, the costs and fees that would be incurred in the event that the tenant needs to be evicted from the property. The policy is underwritten by AmTrust. Policy wording is available on request. GOLD: £40 plus VAT

PLATINUM: £60 plus VAT

In addition to the undertakings of the Bronze and Silver Service we will provide:

6 Months Rent Guarantee Insurance (12 months available at £90 plus VAT). This will pay the rent should the tenant be unable or refuses to pay the rent. In addition it will cover all the legal costs and fees in the event that the tenant needs to be evicted. The policy is underwritten by DAS. Policy wording available upon request.

There is no minimum tie in period for using our services and you can undertake 1 reference per year, 10,000 references a year or anything in between!
